We've just taken in a 2014 GMC Sierra 1500 Base Extended Cab Pickup - it's finished in Quicksilver Metallic, with a Jet Black/Dark Ash cloth interior. This Sierra shows 172,113 miles and is powered by a proven 5.3L EcoTec3 V8 gasoline engine paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission and 4WD, delivering the kind of muscle, traction, and confidence truck buyers rely on every day. EPA estimates come in at 16 MPG city and 22 MPG highway, striking a solid balance between power and efficiency for a full-size V8 pickup.

This Sierra has had three previous owners and is rated in Good condition, making it a smart value-focused choice for buyers who want capability and durability without paying for unnecessary frills. It is being sold As-Is due to age and mileage, but its reputation for long-term reliability and straightforward engineering is exactly why these trucks remain in high demand.

Behind the wheel, the Sierra immediately feels solid and dependable. The V8 delivers strong, confident acceleration whether you're merging onto the highway, hauling gear, or pulling a trailer. The heavy-duty locking rear differential and 3.42 rear axle ratio work together to provide sure-footed traction when conditions get slick or uneven, while the 4WD system with floor-mounted transfer case gives you control when the job or the weather demands it. Tow/haul mode with grade braking adds extra confidence when you're towing or heading downhill with a load.

The extended cab layout offers the versatility many buyers want - space for passengers, tools, or gear without the bulk of a full crew cab. Inside, the front 40/20/40 split-bench seat provides flexible seating and a fold-down center armrest with storage, making it easy to stay organized on the job or during long drives. The cabin feels practical and comfortable, with air conditioning, power windows and locks, cruise control, and a clear driver information display that keeps essential info right where you want it.

Technology is simple and functional, exactly what many truck buyers prefer. The 4.2-inch color display audio system with USB and auxiliary inputs makes it easy to stream music or take calls, while steering wheel-mounted cruise control keeps highway driving relaxed. Outside, deep-tinted glass, chrome bumpers, and the Sierra Appearance Package give this truck a clean, confident look that still turns heads. LED cargo box lighting, bed rail protection caps, and corner step rear bumper make loading and unloading easier day or night.

Safety features like StabiliTrak stability control, traction control, hill start assist, multiple airbags, ABS, and a tire pressure monitoring system work quietly in the background to help you stay in control, whether you're commuting, towing, or tackling rougher terrain.

At Huebner Chevrolet Subaru, we believe buying a truck like this should be straightforward and stress-free. You'll enjoy upfront pricing, no hidden fees, flexible financing options, and free delivery within 150 miles. Trucks this capable and affordable do not stay on the lot long, especially with a V8 and 4WD. Call, text, email, or start your purchase online today and see how easy it is to make this Sierra yours.

      2014 1500 denali

by Nate on Sunday, May 07, 2023

I have decided that this will be the first and final General Motors (GM) product that I will purchase. The air conditioning failed at 60,000 miles due to a problem with the condenser. At 65,000 miles, I had to replace the transmission because it was causing very rough shifts between gears 1-2 and 2-3. Unfortunately, at 120,000 miles, the transmission is once again exhibiting the same issue it had before it was replaced. Additionally, I was unlucky enough to have a truck that experiences paint peeling on nearly every body panel. This is especially prominent in large sections near the windows and rear doors. Needless to say, I will not be making this mistake again.
