    To tell me my truck needed a new belt, they waited until the end of the day to call me and let me know, meaning they would need to have it another day. The appointment was at 8:30 that morning. I have no complaints about the service work done. Only their communication to me.

    (Oil change.) Called to schedule. No one answers. Left message. No one calls. I was encouraged to schedule online. I made an appointment online. Took car in and told there was no record of appointment even though I had an email conformation. I took a copy of the email conformation in when I picked the car up. I'm giving 2 stars because the service department did get the car in right away and had the oil change done ahead of the appointment time. Service department really needs to get their act together and answer phones instead of a recorded message. Especially since this is twice, I have had trouble getting an appointment. Car needed sensors replaced. I called and left messages. No one called me back. I took the car to another garage to be repaired because they answered the phone and set up an appointment.
