I took it to another shop and the part that was put in was faulty. There was also the issue of when I brought it in for service they called me asking if I brought two keys in, I told the woman no, I only got one key when I purchased the vehicle. I wasn't informed that two keys were necessary and they put the part in without consulting me on whether I still wanted to go through with it since it would involve having to purchase another key. The women at the counter at the service center are very rude and claimed they were "too busy" to call me and inform me of the key situation. I can honestly say I will never use the service center there again and will advise all I know never to as well.Response from Huebner Chevrolet
