We’ve just taken in a 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe LT SUV - it’s finished in Brownstone Metallic, with a Cocoa/Dune Leather interior. This full-size SUV currently has 134,734 miles and is powered by a proven 5.3L V8 gasoline engine paired with a smooth-shifting 6-Speed Automatic transmission. With 4WD and a capable Z71 Off-Road Package, this Tahoe is built to handle everything from daily family duty to rough weather, back roads, and weekend adventures. EPA-estimated fuel economy comes in at 16 MPG city and 22 MPG highway, impressive for a V8-powered SUV of this size.

This Tahoe has had 3 previous owners and is rated in Good condition based on its history and overall presentation. While it is being sold As-Is due to age and mileage, it offers a level of capability, space, and comfort that remains highly desirable for families, outdoor enthusiasts, and anyone who wants a confident, commanding SUV without stepping into new-car pricing.

Behind the wheel, the Tahoe immediately feels solid and reassuring. The elevated driving position gives you a clear view of the road ahead, while the Z71 suspension, skid plates, hill descent control, and all-terrain tires add confidence when pavement turns to gravel, snow, or mud. The 5.3L EcoTec3 V8 delivers strong, effortless power, whether you’re merging onto the highway, towing with the integrated hitch, or heading out with a full load of passengers and gear.

Inside, the Cocoa/Dune leather interior creates a warm, upscale atmosphere that feels inviting on every drive. The heated front bucket seats provide cozy comfort on cold mornings, and both driver and passenger enjoy power-adjustable seating with memory settings, making it easy to settle in just the way you like. Tri-zone automatic climate control keeps everyone comfortable across all three rows, while the power-adjustable pedals and leather-wrapped steering wheel help tailor the driving position to you.

Technology is thoughtfully integrated to make every trip easier and more enjoyable. The Chevrolet MyLink system with navigation and an 8-inch touchscreen keeps directions, music, and apps right at your fingertips, with Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth, multiple USB ports, and a Bose premium audio system that fills the cabin with rich, clear sound.

Front and rear parking assist, a backup camera, lane departure warning, lane keeping assist, and forward collision warning add an extra layer of confidence, especially in traffic or tight parking situations.

This Tahoe truly shines when it comes to space and versatility. Second-row bucket seats and a folding third row make it easy to adapt from passenger-hauling to cargo-duty in seconds. The power liftgate, roof rack cross rails, running boards, and deep-tinted glass all add convenience and style, while the sunroof brings in fresh air and natural light on long drives.

Full-size SUVs like this Tahoe, especially with a V8, 4WD, and Z71 package, are becoming harder to find. If you’re looking for a vehicle that can comfortably handle family life, road trips, rough weather, and weekend getaways with equal confidence, this Tahoe LT deserves a closer look. Reach out today to schedule a test drive, ask questions, or start your purchase online before it’s gone.

Great if you like a shower while driving

by GMsucks on Sunday, November 04, 2018

I traded my 2016 JKUR for this truck because the Jeep couldn't get out of its own way. The RST edition is great for performance. I love the 6.2L V8 and 10 speed Auto, but less than a month of owning it the antenna leaked and got water all over the front passenger seat. Dealership fixed it under warranty and said it would never happen again. Now four months after the fix its doing it again. I looked up the issue and it has been a problem for a few years. It seems like GM can't figure it out. So if you like a shower while driving, mold growing in your overpriced SUV, and future electrical problems go for it. As for me I will never buy a new Chevy again.
